Getting Started
To rent a booth, all you need to do is fill out some paperwork, pay the rent for the first month, bring in your tagged items, and we will do the rest.
Renting the Booth
Our rent is $2.20 per square foot upstairs and $2.00 per square foot downstairs. We also rent bookcases and wall space for various prices. We do not take commission from your sales. Vendors receive a check on the 1st of every month for the amount of their sales (minus the rent owed).
Licenses and Taxes
Vendors are not required to buy a business license, and we collect sales tax on our behalf.
Credit/Debit Sales Charges
Vendors will be charged a 4% fee on any sales using a credit or debit card. This amount will be deducted from your sales.
No Long Term Contract
Booths are rented month to month. We only require a 30 day written notice to cancel the rental.

Cameras are placed throughout the store and are monitored daily. We take criminal activity very seriously and will prosecute.

We have a limited number of storage areas on site that are available for vendors, first come first serve. The cost is $50.00 per month.

We have lockers available for Vendors to store their supplies, free of charge. All you need is your own lock.
